What is EVmatch?
EVmatch is a nationwide network for sharing and renting private and commercial EV charging stations. If you have a charger of your own, you can list it on our platform to earn money and help drive EV adoption in your area. If you’re an EV driver, you can download our free app to find and reserve charging stations all across the U.S.

How can I create an EVmatch account?
To create an EVmatch account, you can sign up here. You will need to enter a mobile phone number to receive a text message to create your account. You can access the EVmatch platform in the EVmatch app or at app.evmatch.com.
What are the EVmatch mobile apps?
You can download the mobile app to use EVmatch. Find it in the App Store or Google Play.
How do I purchase credits in my EVmatch account?
In the EVmatch app or app.evmatch.com, you can purchase credits by going to Wallet under My Account. Under Purchase Credit, select the amount of credit you want, enable or disable auto-replenish with the slider, add your card details, and click on "Purchase Credits".
How do I search for chargers on EVmatch?
In the EVmatch app or app.evmatch.com, go to Search Map and enter the address where you want to charge or explore the map. Click on pins to view charger details and book reservations.
Where do I see the charger address on EVmatch?
Once your charging request has been confirmed, you will be provided with the exact location in the confirmation email. Please check your email to find the charger location.
How do I reset my password?
Please go to this link to reset your password. If you are on the app, tap the menu icon (three lines located in the top left corner) of the app, tap on Logout, then tap "Reset your password", enter the email address associated with your EVmatch account, click on Send Reset Email, and then go to your email inbox to find the reset your password email or check your spam folder if the email we just sent doesn't appear within a few minutes.
How do I pay to use EVmatch chargers?
To pay for a charging session on EVmatch, simply purchase charging credit with a credit or debit card in the Wallet tab under My Account. Our credit never expires and works at all EVmatch stations. The credits will be debited at time of booking for sessions on residential chargers (excluding multi-family and vacation rental) and after sessions on commercial chargers end. You can buy credit under Wallet or enable autoreplenish so that your card is auto-charged the selected replenish amount when your balance drops below $5.

Can I get a refund for unused charging credit if I no longer own an EV?
For refund inquiries, please reach out to us at support@evmatch.com or chat with us h in the app. Please provide the reason for your refund request. Once we have this information, please allow up to 48 hours to review your account and we will send you a confirmation email once the refund is complete. Please note that you may receive additional follow-up from the EVmatch support team to process your refund request.
Why did the charger stop before the end of my reservation?
We monitor all sessions to ensure everything is working properly. If your car stopped charging prematurely and you are still within the reservation window, please try reinitiating the charging session under the My Charges tab by clicking on "Restart" or "Start Reservation". Please note that you may need to unplug and replug the charger to your vehicle to reinitiate the charging session.
